About
Engineering judgment,
without the theatre.
Practical by design.
Clossal.dev is an independent consulting practice for small businesses, founders, and operations teams. The work sits between product thinking, automation, AI engineering, and careful implementation.
The standard is simple: build something useful, explain how it works, and leave the team with clear ownership.
The founder name, credentials, and formal company details are intentionally not published until approved.
Working principles
Make the next
decision easier.
Small surface area
Prefer the simplest system that solves the actual bottleneck.
Visible tradeoffs
Document assumptions, sources, and what remains uncertain.
Useful handover
Leave behind something the team can own and maintain.
