This notice describes how Clossal.dev handles contact inquiries. The operator’s legal identity and final contact address will be added before connecting the production inbox.

Information collected

The contact form collects your name, work email address, and message. The server also receives ordinary delivery metadata such as timestamp and IP address for abuse prevention and operational security. The honeypot field is used only to identify automated submissions.

How information is used

Inquiry details are used to review and respond to your request. They are sent from the Cloudflare Pages Function to the approved Clossal business inbox using Cloudflare Email Sending. The form does not sell data or use inquiry content for advertising.

Retention and sharing

Inquiry messages are retained in the business inbox according to the operator’s documented retention policy. Cloudflare processes the request and email delivery as infrastructure providers. No additional recipient is configured in this MVP. The final provider terms, retention period, and business contact address must be approved before launch.

Analytics

No analytics script is included. Any future analytics will be privacy-conscious, documented here, and configured separately.
